Kelli Tonner

Kelli Tonner is the Executive Director of the South East Ottawa Community Health Centre. She has spent the last 20 years working in community corrections, child protection and community health and social services. She has a strong commitment to health equity, accessibility and inclusion and has overseen diverse programs including primary care, early years, community services, health promotion and community development. Her experiences in the community health sector has helped foster collaborative partnerships and an integrated approach to program planning, service delivery and program evaluation. She is currently the Chair of the Community Development Framework and will be the Chair of the Coalition of Community Health and Resource Centres in the coming year. Kelli is actively involved in disabled sports and volunteers with power wheelchair ball hockey. She has also co-founded a social media site for parents with medically fragile and special needs children. Kelli is married and has a son.
