Kelly Raymond

Born in Montréal, Québec and fluently bilingual, Kelly Raymond has more than 28 years of experience in the child welfare field. Ms. Raymond is currently the Executive Director of the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa.   

Having pursued graduate and post-graduate studies from McGill University, the Université du Québec en Outaouais and the Université de Montréal, Ms. Raymond is currently pursuing postdoctoral studies at Walden University.  She is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers.

Ms. Raymond has worked in the Ottawa region for most of her career and is familiar with the economic, social and demographic issues impacting the various communities across the City, particularly those within the vulnerable and marginalized communities. She is an experienced not-for-profit leader who has built an extensive track record in community relations, advocacy, stakeholder engagement and social policy development.
