RFP for Facilitating Employment for People with Criminal Records and from Marginalized Communities

Crime Prevention Ottawa is looking for qualified trainers or organizations to respond to our Request for Proposals towards facilitating employment for people with criminal records and from marginalized communities. Crime Prevention Ottawa (CPO) commissioned a report on Examining Barriers to Employment for Young Men with a Criminal Records. Upon receiving this report, the CPO Board of Directors recommended that the development of appropriate supports for job seekers in under-employed and marginalized populations. We are now seeking a proponent to move forward on this Board recommendation. A detailed call for proposals is available on our website.

RFP to Improve Safety for Drug Users

Crime Prevention Ottawa is looking for qualified researchers or organizations to respond to our Request for Proposals for actioning recommendations to improve safety for drug users. Crime Prevention Ottawa (CPO) commissioned Sandy Hill Community Health Centre to create a report on Creating a safer downtown for all: Improving services for people who use drugs in Ottawa. Upon receiving this report, the CPO Board of Directors endorsed the nine (9) recommendations contained in the report. We are now seeking a proponent to move forward on this Board recommendation.  A detailed call for proposals is available on our website.
